Hands-On Testing & Performance
Malwarebytes Premium is renowned for its ultra-lightweight footprint, making it an exceptional secondary scanner or standalone protection for lower-spec machines.
During testing, it proactively intercepted zero-day exploits, adware injections, and browser lockers without causing noticeable system lag during gaming or heavy workloads.
What We Liked
- Extremely low background resource and RAM footprint
- Superior adware and PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program) removal
- Advanced exploit protection layers
What Could Be Better
- Lacks heavy traditional suite extras like full cloud backup
- VPN requires an upgraded or separate tier
